This is to inform everybody about the policy ebay has adopted for refund of payments. Here only one person is culprit the buyer. He is culprit because he is a member since many years and he trusts ebay.
Let me share the whole process. Two sellers supplied me completely and significantly different items from the one listed on their item category. I asked them to refund the amount which they refused. ( Off course cheaters do not do that).
So i claimed for my money. Now whole fun starts. They will ask you to submit the information that you have really paid for the item. But they forgot that i paid through their own paisa pay. I told them about it.
Now see the language they use. Respond to this mail in seventy two hours or we will close the dispute. Who are they to close this disupue. How it should be if i tell them respond in seventy two hours or else you will see your faces in media and court. Nice...
Any ways they asked me to fax documents. Yes they cannot recieve it through email ( Security reasons). They can recieve all account information through mail but not this one. You have to fax them and pay for it.
So i did it. Now after seven days they closed the dispute saying that i did not send them the information. I informed them and also sent them a copy of the mail. But no response.
So this is the system they follow. They are honest in cheating others and not responding. I am planning to send a legal notice to ebay after repeated failures from their side to respond.
I will also make sure that i report this online fraud to India TV or Aaj tak.

It is the standard procedure that u have to follow on ebay to get your refund. Even in courts if you file a case you have to submit proof of payment.

Dear Planeary gems,
What proof did u give to actually show that u paid for the item.
I think u can give them a copy of the email u receive from the paisapay deptt when U pay for an item.
One more question, did ebay write this"Respond to this mail in seventy two hours or we will close the dispute".
I am really eager to know all of it

HI planetarygems,
Just to clarify - In case of PaisaPay payments, eBay does not ask you for proof of payment. You are only requestd to give PaisaPay id.
My colleague tells me that she is working on your case once she has some update, she will get back to you on your personal email id.
Regards,
Sapana

Hi friends,
I just wanted to bring to the notice of ebay and others about me being a victim of a fraud. I request all sellers to learn from this fraud and to protect themselves as ebay is helpless in protecting we sellers from such fraud buyers. The fraud buyer "perin1812" threatened me that she will leave negative feedback if I dont refund the money without herself returning the item. I didn't got the item returned yet. when I complained ebay some mr.pyter asked me to fax the purchase documents of the item I was selling, strange! moreover the fax number provided is of no where it always asks to check the number. Then he forced me to refund the money without the return of the Gemstones I sold her. Mr. Pyter said he would take action against my account and he stripped down my homepage featured listings which received more than 850 visits and so many questions. Now the fraud buyer perin1812 is enjoying with the gemstones as well as the money. Thanks to ebay. We sellers are here to stay with ebay and generate revenue for ebay and such fraud buyers are once in a while. Just to preserve the dignity of ebay and the fear of any action on my account I had to return the money without getting back the item and what did ebay do to reciprocate!

I would like to know if a buyer purchases an item from me. For example a pen drive and states that it is damaged and I sent a perfect new item. What are the proof that the buyer is not lying.
Thay may have purchased the items somewhere else.
Then what am I to do...
Should I just accept a forcefully damaged item and also, return the amount.
BTW planetarygems.. I totally understand your case, and what has happened to you is complete fraud. Such sellers should be suspended and given warnings.
I really think that sometimes people take the popularity of eBay for granted.
