i have sold a used item
the buyer thought that he should get a new product
ebay agreed with him and the buyer shipped the item back and got refunded and even after 45 days i havnt got the item back
now the item and the money both are with the buyer
and ebay is saying that they cant do anything about it
come on
what kind of professionalism is this???
and next thing
i have purchased a used item but got a dead product
i raised a claim but even after one month i didnt get the refund
worst experience for me
