Really Bad experience with Ebay. I purchased shampoo and conditioner from ebay. Seller shipped only shampoo. After few days n raising request with Ebay on missing item, Ebay guy calls to confirm whether I received missing item, which I did not. He said that I have a DRS copy, which says item was delivered. I asked him to find out from Courier Company where did they deliver. He did not come back for a week. Upon calling customer care after a week, they say that they will come back in 24 hours. Within 24 hours my guarantee claim was closed without even calling me.
Upon escalating this, I got call from supervisor Aniket, he ridiculously started blaming that item was delivered and was not ready to share copy of DRS copy received from courier company and was asking me to visit courier company in Bangalore which is ridiculous. He also says " if you are not ready to visit courier company is Bangalore that mean courier company is right and you are lying". Extremely ridiculous behavior. Then what is the use of online shopping?
Ebay does not even take responsibly of delivering right and if item does not get delivered to you, they do not hold responsibility of checking with Courier Company too. Not sure if item was actually shipped by seller, as they were not ready to share copy of courier receipt. People just lose money by shopping at Ebay.
