its #1 ecom site in world

None of the other portals / shop retailers near to your home surely not give the service like ebay sellers give the service to ebay buyers...
Ebay is best and better than offline shopping.... you cant find lakhs of items under one roof / portals....

exposure28, would be glad to know your issue in full which makes us understand your issue and guide you to gain that money. Let it be you are a Seller/Buyer, provide more details. Better thing is talk to your Seller/Buyer first for resolution and then customer care again.
