Its been almost now more than 9 months. i had bought a 1 tb hard disk on ebay. i returned the same as it was not functioning at my end within 2 hours of being received with proofs on mail with images and proof of dispatch to EBAY and seller both. the seller received the same and says it functiong fine with me after receipt . since it was and urgent need i bought another harddisk as it was for my office cc tv cameras. the vendor says i can send the same disk back to you again. i said i dont want the same one i can have a refund or a credit of the same on ebay., he says i cant do the same. only ebay can. he snot ready to send another hard disk nor a refund. I have sent so many mails to ebay. n calls since past 7 months with proof of dispatch n pod receipets and all mail proofs in tact with me . also to seller but no response from eitiher of them My money has gone . till today niether i have my money back.. nor a refund.. or a credit n the original sealed item is back with the seller. who will look into my complaint. cna somebdy resolve this.. ebay customer care does not respond by email at all and minutes n minutes of waiting on customer care no does not suit a business person like me. enough time n money wasted already !!! help plz.
