Dear ebay,
I am long time customer and so far I had a very satisfying dealings through ebay but recently I had raised a ebay guarantee claim and I was given 3 days to send the item back. As I was out of station I could not send the same. However when I checked up I was informed ebay can not do anything now. It is not in line with the customer satisfaction ebay is tryingto establish. Pl look into the matter and solve my problem
