ebay free gift not received.

Dear Members,i bought items from ebay and applied for a free gift coupon(Valentines Gift),but till today i have not heard/received any thing from ebay.I contact ebay member support around 2-3 times but nothing happen so far on this regards.Any have an idea or help..please

Still awaiting for feedback on my order and my gift.

I am supposed to receive a free Acer 320GB HDD, but I have not yet received the same. This was on an offer on which a purchase above 15K, with a promotional code will give you free Acer HDD. The product that I brought, has been shipped to me, but I have not received the free gift (Acer HDD) yet. Can you Please update me on he same.The ORDER WAS PLACED A MONTH BACK. I have posted numerous times, but nobody from the EBAY team ever replies

The only topic of discussion on the forums nowadays is "gift not received". Out of 9 topics displayed on the forum page, 7-8 are for gift not received. Do something about it ebay, why cannot you call up buyers and keep them informed or send them a mail or provide a dedicated contact number to these buyers where they can call and get the required info or the best as suggested is to stop the free gift business completely till you can do it properly.

Just because of this important topics are not displayed and discussed on the forums. All the space regularly is being taken up by these free gift buyers.

this is Shreyansh Nayak.......i was supposed to receive an 8GB transcend pendrive along with my sony psp as the gift coupon said that if i purchase any item above Rs. 3000 i would be eligible to get the free gift. And the coupon also said that the offer was valid till May 26th n i placed the order on may 25th. i got my psp but never received the free gift. could you tell me wat happened to dat gift???
