Dear Members,i bought items from ebay and applied for a free gift coupon(Valentines Gift),but till today i have not heard/received any thing from ebay.I contact ebay member support around 2-3 times but nothing happen so far on this regards.Any have an idea or help..please

now i have starting feeling that the ebay is losing their Customer's trust. The way they are not giving gifts or keeping them on long hold, i don't think ebay will be able to get back those customers.
I am also one of those who didnt receive the gift which ebay promised to give. My request number is 681863 and my case is pending since 5 months. Whenever i call customercare i always get reply that please wait for another 20 daysss.... LOL.....
"We are tryong our level best since 5 months", "we are trying to get the location of your gift", "we haven't received any update from the concerned team since 5 months",
Its all very frustrating.

I am not sure whether i'll receive my gift or not unless ebay will help me....
