i had bought a external seagate hdd,which i received on time,but,from ebay,
i was supposed to recveive a 4gb pendrive(EBAYFEST01) as a gift item.Till today,after SEVERAL calls to ebay customer care,i have not received any status on my gift item.it has been two months of waiting.my both address are same i not recieved my gift yet
Kindly,handle my matter immeadiately and update me on it.
