ebay edge points way to fool buyers

Ebay edge points is a way to fool people to make higher purchases.. i had made a purchase on the December yet im to receive the ebay edge points.. from 11th december they are only escalting the issue and when i mail ,, no one replies.. on 11th iwas being told with 24-48 hrs u will get the points, but i again called cust care on 18th this time within three dayz u will get.. but never.. TOTAL FRAUD
REALY A BAD EXPERIENCE,, was having good experince with ebay,, but not now....
