ebay customer service is not properly responding

I had made three calls to customer service from morning itself to enquire why my shopping cart is not working, but none of the person who attended the call made it clear. They either don't know or they are not customer friendly, always they try to avoid the call.

You may try to order product after deleting browser cookies & temporary files.
