I have tried thrice to upload my statement and photograph in defense of my rating of a seller. But all I get is a message

"Error

There was an error processing your request.

Click here to return to the Community Court homepage."

I am on broadband and there is no connectivity problem.

Dear Member,

It could be possible that the size of the images that you are trying to load is greater than 1MB and hence you are prompted to this error.

Could you confirm on the image size? If not, do let us know and we shall investigate further.
