I had earlier ordered a Targus bag during the Diwali period this year from this vendor, through my other ebay account- berita884. .He was unable to provide me with the item ordered.Instead he pressured me to accept another model, to which I refused. A copy of the email received from ebay ,which is self explanatory is provided below :

I have preserved the original email and can forward the same to ebay if required. Please note that I have already forwarded a photo from the text message to ebay wherein the Vendor stated that the parcel under this order was returned to him.
Please note I have received NO emails from this buyer.The only correspondence I had from him wasv the text message which has already been provided to Ebay.
The calls which I have not answered are those when i was sleeping. I have answered his calls -
