why ebay has not taking responsibility when they are not unable to delivered item they have sold on online. Why they included cheater seller on their online. I will post to facebook.

i have bought nokia n73 from ebay but the phone is not working condition.the seller has offered me refund but ebay is not responding to my calls ,mails.the ebay is trying to keep the cheat me and keep my money to themselves.i think we should file a complaint in consumer forum against ebay.

haha ya i agree ... ebay.in customer care is not responsive many time... its difficult to catch them for any urgent
