ebay can you give notification

Hello

we usually pay our ebay fees through credit card and online bank transfer and i think mostly 95% seller on ebay pay through pasia pay..but what i see that after paying we did not any receipt or notification email...can you please add that feature it will help us to track the details and also give satification that you received the payment

Good Suggestion. Yes! If they send a Notification for the eBay fees payment made, then it really help sellers a lot. Atleast, we can print and make a file. ---------------

I recently had a problem. I made a online payment and the same did not reflect int eh ebay system for almost a week.
And some guy called up my place for payment and was quite rude (Luckily for him i wasnt at home).

however such a feature shall be usefull for us to know if the payment went through sucessfull or not.

This function was present during baazee days.

it seems ebay is not intrested in notification they did not reply even the query... i do not know y they made board when they did not reply that query

Do not give up, untill we get a reply from eBay.

Post a reply to this thread daily and let the thread be on the Top.So that all members can see that how eBay ignore the Suggestion and Advice of sellers.

thanks for the posting and suggestion but i know ebay is already read our query but still did not wanted to reply..i do not know what is problem in notification email of payment..but it seems they are not at all intersted neither sapna intersted to give us reply regarding this query

Hello ganeshimpex,

This is regarding your suggestions to provide online notification on payment of eBay fees via OBT/CC.

When a user makes an online payment (via CC or OBT) to pay his/her eBay fees, it automatically gets updated in his/her invoice. He/she can anytime check in his account from the site. For benefit of all, to check the update you may follow the below mentioned steps:
- Go to your My eBay page
- Click on "Seller Account" option on the left hand side.
- Click on View Account Status
- In the account status page, click on the link of pages right below until you reach the last page of your account status (last page displays the recent activity done on your account)
- On the last page you will find option saying "Thank you for making an online payment via Credit Card/Online Bank Transfer" with the paid amount.

Currently there is no such functionality available, however I would discuss this with the concerned team for evaluation and action if possible.
