Hi,
I have been with eBay since the past 13 years and have seen this lovely platform gradually become into a murky cesspool of decietful fly-by-night operators who give the rest of the eBay community a bad name.
I would like to know why doesn't eBay have an Automatic Positive Rating system for customers who pay in advance through PaisaPay (like the one where the seller gets full marks for exceeding shipping expectations) ? Such a system would be nice for us honest buyers, especially as our part of the deal IS OVER as soon as we pay in advance.
In the past, I have encountered 3 unscrupulous sellers who have received positives from me BUT HAVE NOT had the decency to reciprocate despite several pleas from me... God knows how many other's they would have cheated in this way just to garner their own feedback scores... the fourth such cheat being a upstart seller named '***' for item ID ***.
Your CS guys just have ONE scripted reply - Sir, we can't force sellers to give ratings. Pity they can hold us to ransom !
Is eBay only interested in gathering it's commission ? Or is it really comitted to building healthy relations and trust.
