No proper solution to my complain by ebay Guarantee team. it is closed without my knowledge

I bought a XOLO500S mobile. It comes with two feature in same model. By mistake i ordered the wrong one. 

As per return policy mentioned on the portal i can return seald unused product. But neither dealer nor ebay is willing to return it.
