eBay has accepted to give refund but i need the item to be reshipped

I raised the claim 804041 for reshipping the item.But ebay accepted to refund the money, I need the item to be reshipped instead of money.

Same thing happened with me I have worst experience with Ebay my 50000 is in complications with it for refund,i will never buy from here next time.
