I bought a samsung focus in sep (SAMSUNG FOCUS I917- WP7, 4 inch SUPER AMOLED DISPLAY!! (270817447836)) and was suposed to receive a gift for the purchase...
My ebay gift micromax phn was sent without any intimation to an old address in oct and got returned, then I called ebay multiple times to update the details and send the gift again, they said that there is a separate team which handles the gifting process and they will call me for sending the gift in a week or two, its been 4 months since all this happened but i never received any call. And when I try to mail the ebay cust support regarding the same, I dont find an option for the gift not received.

Haven't received my BIGDADDY gift for purchasing item #170856046959 (Paisapay 31465034508) yet. Purchase date is 11/06/12. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. Kindly update on the status or I will have to take further steps in resolving this.
