One of the zillions complains against eBay.in
I had purchased Item#260659579551 from seller superdealz_online on 6th September 2010. The item I received was suspected fake for which I contacted the seller through email. There was no response from seller and I raised a paisapay dispute under the ebay guarantee program (PaisaPay ID 27504070340). The paisapay claim was rejected by ebay on the grounds that I have received the item. I left negative feedback for the seller to which the seller raised an appeal for getting the negative feedback removed. I defended my decision of giving negative feedback by providing all facts to the community court. I was contacted by the seller, and he offered me to refund the amount of the item if I revised my negative feedback as his negative score was effecting his sales and he was not able to put up deals on ebay. Acting on good faith, I promptly revised my feedback, after which he got the negative feedback removed via community court. Now after two weeks, inspite of calling and reminding the seller, there is still no refund from the seller.
All claims of eBay reliability, Guarantee program are bogus, Community Court is the biggest scam.
I am very much disappointed and frustrated with ebay and I will never recommend ebay to anyone.
