eBay Please help me:( :( :(

Dear eBay,
Please note that I am not able to see the picture of the items in my ebay.
The thumbnail of the items helps to identify the items fast and easily.
But Instead of thumbnai,I am just can see green camera.
Thats a problem I am facing from 2 months and so.
The problem had been reported to ebay customer care as well as my account manager,but you see till today its not solved.

So can you please kindly help me out and update me with the issue.

Hello,

I think that's because of Gallery Plus you are using.

Try to list one with only Gallery and see if it's visible in your MY EBAY or not.

Hello,
I had not yet got any reply from ebay.Is this the service level of eBay?
I am facing a problems from around 2 months but still nobody help me out.

If a reputed seller like me can suffer to such a extent,then one can know what kind of treatment a buyer will get.

Well I still hope that ebay will solve the problem soon.

eBay pink just reply to the post where they can write some sweet story,But for a genuine problem faced by a seller,they just want to escape.(not going to happen here)

My apologies for the delay!

I was trying to figure out the reason and the possible work around which would be possible for you. It took me slightly more than what I expected.

So the answer is, the issue is occuring when sellers are using gallery plus feature, and it is happening on some listings only. I believe the team has identified the problem area and is working on it. However till that time, the work around is to not use Gallery Plus feature.

Dear eBay Team,
Its really very sad that you first introduct the Gallery Plus Feature and expressing this as a additional benefits to the sellers( as ebay seller gets Gallery as well as Gallery plus in Rs. 0.25)

But now you tell users not to use Gallery plus feature as are having technical difficulties with it,Moreover You do not know when it will be get alright as I am facing this problem from more then two month but no one helped me out(Neither my account manager nor customer support)

I regularly face many problems almost every week(you can check the community form for the proof) but still no one here to help sellers.

In past I had been posted many useful advice but now a days all seems to be merely joke as nobody will actually consider the advice.All went in VAIN.


Well Less said the better.

Hope God help eBay as its now all about fate.
