eBay Guarantee* claim - 1958234 Refund Amount Not Credited in Account

Dear Sir/Mam,

As per my whole experience with your ebay.in who providing poor services as well as not showing any care for customers mean while since last of a couple of weeks, i trying to access for Refund of sum Rs. 200 as assistance but no satisfactory response is being provided by any departments of ebay company.

This is my humble request to make credit of Refund on my respective account which is provided time of transaction. Otherwise i will look for Consumer Forum.

This is very wrost service by you to me, I ask for my refunds from 20 day after item received, but every time your executive tell refunds will come in 3 day to my account but every time his promise will fail, and after that I decide to go in consumer forum. And treat you better bcoz you don't understand my problem and taking too easily, bco you mean that , that's not the big problem , and not as value for customer in your mind. This type of bad service I don't feel anywhere at online, this is the wrost service of you. Thanks for giving me headache.

That type of cheating do by company also with me , and I go to consumer forum to treat the company, bcoz they can't do it again to any buyer. This is cheating from company to buyer by giving duplicate products and get money, and than not giving refund.
