eBay Guarantee claim - 173386 SR# 1-6810651889...SHAME on EBAY

Hi All,

I had been a buyer on ebay since last 6 years.
But recently I feel I had made a wrong choice
of believing ebay guarantee scheme.
I had purchased sofa cum bed in Jan’2013. After a week of use it got leaking.
I tried calling the seller but in vain, then I mailed
him still no response from him.
So Finally I opened a case on 18th Feb .

Date claim opened: 18-02-2013

The case is closed without the resolution. As per ebay request item is already shipped back
to seller on 20th March , through ondot courier ,
tracking number 317279266 and he received the same on
22ndMarch.

I am feeling I had been cheated as I
blindly believed on ebay guarantee.
Even I had filled the survey stating all this , but I had got no response from ebay. So many communication, still no update.
That really had made me think to take severe
action against ebay.

dude.. all sellers are not cheaters..
for ur problem, i feel sorry

remember this, these air sofa, teleshopping product quality itself cheap my dear. those doesnt have warrenty at all.

if seller provided warranty they u can call customer support for sure and speak to them..
you get ur money back for sure
