Bought a Flip cover for my mobile for Rs. 349. But it was of low quality and it didn't fit my mobile. so i posted negative feedback. And later got a call from E-bay team requesting to followup the feedback and they will refund the amount. But the refund has still not received by me. The person who called had mailed me the screenshot of the refund. But the name and Bank details of the payee was not of mine but with some other name namely Kamala Kannan K. Mail was received from Vaibhav Jain. This type of act shows it was cheat. Please look into the matter and provide refund if it was really possible or the call was made only to remove the negative feedback. Amount may be small but it shows poor (or may i call it cheating) response of the e-bay team.
