Promotinal code provided for discount coupon is valid only for global e-bay, which seems unjustified. Because on global you have to pay 300 bucks for Hanky.

Instead of gift/discount coupons, ebay should provide better services.

Global Ebay doesn't ship the items half the time. What's the use of discount coupon when even after use of it, the item is not shipped and the discount coupon is lost forever. Even the money paid is refunded after a long wait.
