eBay Customer Support is Good for NOTHING. :_|

Dear eBay,
I had mailed eBay Customer Support regarding the item number 300055670877,The problem was That the item is not appearing on the eBay India website even after 3 days(7 Day Listing).

This is the reply received by me,Which is so sad and irritating.
The customer Support is really useless and respected Vasundhara Bhonsle,Please kindly provided me a reply to this issue.

I understand that you are unable to view some of your items on our eBay search pages.

Deep, on reviewing our records, I can see that the item number 300055670877 is not searchable on the eBay India site. However, just to inform you that search will not bring back items which contain inappropriate language or words that are included on eBay's list of prohibited and restricted items.

Hence, in order to fix this, you will need to remove the words that are preventing your item from appearing in search. Regrettably, we are unable to determine which word in your listing is resulting in your item not appearing in search and can only recommend that you review the pages listed below.

Now eBay tell that there is some inappropriate language or words that are included on eBay's list of
prohibited and restricted items.

The above item title is "IDI CERTIFIED~Real 6.99 Ct TRANSPARENT Columbia Emerald".

Can someone tell me what is wrong in the above item title?

eBay Customer Support are not at all helpful.
They do not forget to send some reply(no metter if its really useful or not)

eBay Please reply to my post ASAP.

I will take up this issue with the Customer Support team to ensure that our sellers get better clarification, in case there are violations in their listing.

However, I am afraid I will not be able to answer your account specific issue on the discussion boards. Discussion boards are meant for users to interact with each other, share tips, leave feedback for eBay.

Discussing personal issues will dilute the quality of the forum. I will recommend you get in touch with your account manager for personal clarifications.

Dear Sapanaji,

I am just leaving feedback for the worst customer service of eBay India.(That is fair enough-Right Sapanaji)

I am not posting my problem stright to Community boards but I had first approached Customer Service and after getting useless reply from Customer Care department,I am left with no option but to let ebay and other members know what kind of customer service is provided by ebay.

I am sure you had not read my entire post,I had posted the reply of customer care where they talk about "inappropriate language or words that are included on eBay's list of prohibited and restricted items".

The funny thing is that I use such title from 5 years and never ever such issue came in my way.

In the above issue the customer care were not at all helpful and they sent me a reply which is completely out of the topic.You can also read the item title and can tell me whats wrong with that.

My item was not showing in eBay india even after 3 days,then its a technical fault at your end.
You must admit that and try your best to rectify it.


One more thing I am feeling strongly that I am posting all the true ( true = bad ) things about eBay India that you now want me not to post anything on the community board by giving some reason.

Well eBay India now a days really give so much tention,But thanks to people like you who dont want to listen bad things,Just say Nice things about the website and you are happy.

You had also not cleared the doubt about the annoucement?


Well I know what kind of service and customer care eBay India Have.

Firstly, allow me to assure you that I understand the frustration that you or any other community member in your position will face. Which is why we are trying to figure out ways to improve the process such that you or aother members should not face this problem in future.

I honestly appreciate you posting your concern on the baords, for it gives me an idea on possible problem areas that other community members might face. This gives us direction on improvement areas.

Having said that, I will not be able to repond to why your listing was pulled down and what were the inappropriate words in it on the discussion boards. I am sure you will agree with me that this information should be shared with you on a mail and not on a public forum.

On the shop email marketing querry - The team is trying to find the right answer for the question. As soon as they have their answers, they will get back to our members.

If anyone want to know what is Customer Support then get the tips from any of the reputed powerseller.

Firstly let me clear that my above mention listing was not pulled down but its not showing in the site even after 4 days.When it not showing in the website even after 4 days(still not appearing) then the chances of sale of item is equal to zero.

I request you to kindly read the problem with care.

I am not against the policy of eBay and always try my best to see that no policy is been violated.

Well I had written a lot these week on community board and I now do not wish to say anything more.
