You are absolutely true. The claiming in ebay is a waste of time and money. I received a faulty USB/LAN converter. When I asked for a support , the dealer behaved improperly.when I contacted Ebay, they told my money will be reimbursed if i sent the product back to the dealer. I did so and sent the invoice copy to eBay, But now they are not at all responding. I lost my money and product. So I would like to advise my friends NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM eBAY. The products are inferior quality and you have to pay for it as well as for the courier and YOU WILL GET NOTHING in return, except some phonecalls from eBAY.
