hi,

has anyone had any luck with eBay claim.

I bought a sleeve for Galaxy Tab, and the seller shipped me a 10" sleeve. Now when I told the same to Claim adjuster, he did not seem to understand the problem and without any further discussions decided to close the claim.

Any way of escalating this further ?

HI had the similar experience.

I got the defective car vacuum cleaner and then i raised my paisapay claim under eBay guarantee.

I got a call from eBay to return the product and scan the bill of courier and send it to mail id they mentioned. I did that very same day.

I went for a leave for 3 days and wasn't in town.
When i came back i waited for 2-3 days for their response but when i checked the status of my claim to my surprise I got to know that it was closed. Reason they mentioned was - "Register no. not contactable niether any call after filing the claim hence closed".

Now I'm in a situation where neither i have the product nor i got my money back on top of it i spent my own money to courier the product back.

eBay is not at all responding back to any of my emails.

Can someone suggest how can I get my money back.

You are absolutely true. The claiming in ebay is a waste of time and money. I received a faulty USB/LAN converter. When I asked for a support , the dealer behaved improperly.when I contacted Ebay, they told my money will be reimbursed if i sent the product back to the dealer. I did so and sent the invoice copy to eBay, But now they are not at all responding. I lost my money and product. So I would like to advise my friends NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM eBAY. The products are inferior quality and you have to pay for it as well as for the courier and YOU WILL GET NOTHING in return, except some phonecalls from eBAY.

Buyer transaction details for PaisaPay ID 27915361365 i have taken a mobile the transaction id is mentioned above but i didn't receive the item so please reimburse my money back to my sbi account thank you
