case of non payment

i received an email from ebay on 10th stating that they have started a case for non payment of an item i have purchased from ebay on 5th of this month by auction. I had paid the money on 7th and it was pending for 2 days and even the seller has send the item on 10th . I am very upset with the authorities of ebay for such a ridiculous situation. The ridiculous thing is that they have strted the case on 10th while the seller had already send the item on 10th

dear sellers please help me on this
when we list an item using PRO PACK or other promotion tools for AUCTION items and suppose if buyer ultimately do not pay, what we have noticed is we get FVF credit and 1RE insertion fee credit...
so my question here is why are we not getting credit for listing upgrades like border,bold,featured plus etc et
SO ULTIMATELY GOT NOTHING AND STILL HAVE TO PAY EBAY FOR VIRTUALLY NOTHING
