Hello eBay,

I bought an item on eBay.in on 12th OCT 2012 with eBay gift voucher SEASONGF01 whose PaisaPay ID is 32307287637.

I have received the item but I am still yet to receive my eBay gift for promotion code mentioned above.

It's been almost 60 days now since I bought this item. Have not recieved any assured gift nor getting reply to this query yet .. Kindly revert asap

I participated in the Dusshera Promotion by eBay and bought
Karbonn A21 (190738546194) + Nokia Boom Headset (190732371091) worth Rs. 10108 by Paisapay ID 32388666008 on 29th October and used the promotion code DUSSEHR009 for a Panasonic Cordless Phone.

I also purchased Apple iPhone 5 16GB Black (140876294773) worth Rs. 46500 on 30th October via Paisapay ID 32391298978 using Promo Code DUSSEHR018 for Samsung Star 3 Duos.

I also purchased a HP Envy 6 Laptop (170921779167) worth Rs. 40411 by Paisapay ID 32397742458 on 31st October using Promo Code DUSSEHR017 for a Sony Digital Camera S5000.

As per terms and conditions on eBay Dusshera promotion page http://deals.ebay.in/dussehra2012/ the gift items are supposed to be delivered within 15-45 days of purchase. It is almost 45 days and no information has been provided to me with regards to shipping of free Dusshera Gifts. I spoke to eBay customer support advisor Mangesh today who advised me that the eBay terms and conditions are incorrectly mentioned and that the gifts will start dispatching after 45 days. Please look into this matter on a priority basis.
