eBAY t&s NEEDS TO BE TRAINED.....
Reason No.1 : My listings were pulled down for blame of choice listing though when the listing said AVAILABLE IN 11 SIZES and the link for 11 sizes was provided within ebay's india site....WHY?
Reason No. 2 : Today again my listing was pulled down assigning the reason " Multiple listing - more than 10 listings"...Ouch...! An xyz gown was listed in 11 sizes are different sizes...same product...?
My reply to Customer support was as follows:-
I think you are acting as a friction rather tahn a help.
This in regards to item No. 5451177491 which you pulled down.
Please FORGET about 11 multiples of same... prove me more than 3 ( Though they are not more than 2) and I WILL STOP LISTING on eBay.
I am an old member from eBay U.K. and know all policies.
This ITEM is listed in 11 SIZES so these are 11 different listings ...how can you TREAT 11 different attributes as same.
I expect a positive reply or i will be forced to escalate this issue to eBay International AG.This is a second fault you have done though the listings were correct.
Any suggestions for improvement are most welcome by me, now or in future, but please do not be in rash as this puts a bad impression on our buyers, and if no buyers remain here no business would too.
I demand an immediate removal/rectification of this warning as these warnings lead to suspension.
I have kept a copy of this mail to my eMail id for future reference.
