I had purchaed a Canon Digital Camera A495 from ebay during diwali. I had applied the promotional code of DIWALISPL1 wherein I was promised a pen drive. As I was not sure when I will receive the pen drive I called the customer care where I was told that I will receive it within 45 days. Still I was not convinced and I had a live chat with some Ms. Dhanashree. She assured that I will receive it within 45 days. Still I have not received it. I have pasted the email I recd from you during the purchase.
