I had ordered a HTC radar mobile case. After I paid I get an email from the seller that it will take five more days. Why is this not put in first. Why do you do it after payment. i do not think this inspires confidence

You are right. it doesn't inspires confidence. And that is the only reason why we ask our sellers to mention it in item description.

Just like to inform you that in case of domestic/ national delivery, PaisaPay timelines are :
* 5 days to dispatch the product,
* 7 days (once dispatched) to deliver the product.

Be rest assured your money is safe with eBay and will be refunded just in case seller failed to dispatched the product well in time.
