coupon not received as promised

Had asked for refund but was promised for a coupon of 110 % within 7-10 days but not received ut si far. This is not done. Either refund or do what u ve told.

Agree. Even I have not received coupon for shipping charges as claimed by eBay for refund claim 784740.

The call centre guys have not clue and just update that they will escalated this to back end team.
