that contact no. of all seller to be compulsory provided below their item listed so that buyer take prerequisite information from the seller such as :-
1. will he able to ship on that location
2. to know any doubt about the item
3 to know item is as per listing ,if return policy not specified etc.
After that buyer take the suitable decision about the discussion held with buyer and in any case of confusion
buyer will talk to ebay custmore care
