complaint against mysourceindia(one of your top sellers)

I ordered a watch form ebay (model-CASIO STANDARD LTP-1311D-7A (A537) UNISEX WATCH ) 2 days back on april 4 and it was showing 30 items remaining but one of the sales girl from mysourceindia calls me today(after 2 days) to tell that it is out of stock and when i checked the site it was still showing 29 items remaining...either you should update your site regularly or you should not cheat the customers like that(the deal was also not there on the watch then) i told her to cancel my order that time but after i checked the site i called her back to hold my order but she did not give me a good response and all she could give was excuses!i could have ordered that watch from any other site as i have now but i chose ebay because of a big misunderstanding thinking it is the most trusted site but now after getting such response from your topseller all I can say is this was my first and last time I bought anything from ebay!
and wint suggest anybody to buy from ebay now on!
