This is to grab your attention towards a purchase made by me from eCommerce site "eBay ".
I had purchased a lehenga from reputed online store for which i had placed a refund request which is still pending.
The refund request was made on "05-12-2014", it is more than a month that my request has NOT been processed.
Despite several escalation made to the team, ticket was closed without prior information and any resolution.
There is a huge difference in the product which is seen and received. Picture attached for your perusal.
