i raised a claim with ebay as purchased item (mobile phone) was not shipped by due date, Purchase was made on 12.3.14 and claim made on 22.3.14. So far claim not settled and amount not refunded.. All the claims made by e bay and paisa pay about automatic refund in case of item not shipped appears false.. I will not advice any one to buy on e bay.
