claim no. 1193621 pending over 15 days. Escalated twice, yet no response. Absolutely poor service, no wonder others are taking over your business.

you are correct bro.. claims will remain unattanded for 20+ days... ebay dont care that they provide a deadline of 20 days for claims...Definitely, other better sites are stealing much of the business..
