claim adjuster is not calling

i bought a blackberry curve 8520 on 5 september paisapay id 32108388375 item number 320977105602

i received it on around 8-9 september
seller shipped the phone very fast but i encounterd various complaints with it.
1. earpjone ringer was not working so i hv to turn ou loud speaker each time to listen to a call
2. when its battery got drained out i plugged in charger but found it was not accepting charger either charger is faulty or its a fault in that phone.

i immediatly informed this to seller as well as to ebay.
ebya peoples adviced me to initiate refund and launch a claim, i did so on around 12 september
ebay assured me i will get a call from claim adjuster but i am still waiting for their call.
meanwhile i hv called ebay around 4-5 times and daily they assure me i will get a call within 2 hours within 24 hours etc.last time they asked for 24-48 hours and they assured they will refund by maximum tuesday.
my refund is on hold for about 10 days this is something i never wanted

i received it on around 14-15 september
seller shipped the phone but i encounterd various complaints with it.
1. I didnt get the bill of the original bill when asked from the buyer for the bill he refused to send the bill and said if bill is required then the amount paid the bill is less while buying I have to provide some more amount that has not been told or described to me at the time of buying(must be included in the details that in this amount I will not get the original bill) with following other problems.
2. Charger connection port is loose sometimes it is charging sometimes not.
3. The screen of the mobile is also somewhat loose.
4. I didnt get the original blackberry mobile cover with the handset.
I immediatly informed this to seller as well as to ebay.
Ebay peoples adviced me to initiate refund and launch a claim, i did so on around 17 september
ebay assured me i will get a call from claim adjuster but i am still waiting for their call.
meanwhile i hv called ebay around 10 times and daily they assure me i will get a call within 2 hours, within 24 hours etc. Last time they asked for 24-48 hours.
My refund complaint is on hold for about 11 days and I didnt got any call from claim adjuster. This service quality by ebay is something i never wanted
