buyers not confirming item receipt ..

I am new seller and Buyers are not confirming item receipt..i have called but no response from the buyer as well as they are not confirming it.fed up with calling them the small income getting by selling products have going through calling,ebay fees, transaction fees etc....ebay should change this and if they are not confirming the item receipt ebay takes 21 days for auto-confirmation this is too much..please help me..!!!

The buyers have to confirm the product receipt or ebay will automatically accept as product received and you will get the money.

I have called them because they are not confirming the item receipt. ebay takes many days for the confirmation of the product

The best method I've found so far is not to call them or SMS them which is too costly and throughout India. The only way is to prepare a template with instructions on how to confirm the receipt and then sending 2 copies to the customer. 1 to their email ID and another to their eBay Contact area.

It is not like that eBay takes 21 days for confirmation.

You get 7 days for getting the item delivered to the buyer after you enter the shipping details. And after the delivery deadline it takes 6 more days after which it is automatically confirmed by the system.

Still if you are looking for a faster and better way of getting your remittance after you have shipped your item, then you should apply for eBay Powership. Then you need not call your buyers for confirming the item receipt and it will be confirmed directly by the eBay's LPs after they deliver the product to the buyer.

The same thing happened to me. After receiving the item buyers are not confirming item receipt and they don't have courtesy to leave a feedback as well.

This is first time I sold something on ebay and I took pains to ship the item through fedex the very next day. The buyer received the item and never confirmed item receipt. I then had to email him requesting him to please confirm item receipt. It was stressful considering the effort I took to drive all the way to the courier office, pack it and ship it the very next day.

SOLUTION: Sign up for Ebay powership. Your shipment will picked up by the courier company directly from your address and once delivered the item receipt will be automatically confirmed.

Regarding item receipt confirmation, once i ship the item, regularly i track all my products in respective courier website, if it is showing delivered then i will send the below message to respective buyer through eBay message as well as through my store mail ID

Message looks like

As we see the status of your shipment, it is showing as DELIVERED, If you have received the item as ordered, please go ahead and confirm the item receipt in eBay, otherwise we will not get the amount from eBay for this transaction.

When an item you bought using PaisaPay is delivered to you, you need to confirm that you received the item through your My PaisaPay section in My eBay.

How to confirm item receipt:

1.         Sign in to My eBay with your user ID and password.

2.         Click the “My PaisaPay’’ link on the left-hand menu in My eBay.

3.         Click the “Paid with PaisaPay” tab.

4.         Click the “Items shipped” tab.

5.         For the item you have received, click the Action required button.

6.         Click the “I have received the item.” option.

7.         Click the Submit button.

Most  of the times buyer will confirm the item receipt after reading this message, and some time he also leaves +ve feedback

even after sending the reminders, if buyers are not responding, please don't be panic, as eBay will automatically transfer the amount to your account after 7 days from date of shipping.
