Recently I purchased a product laptop(dell) throgh a seller on ebay. I have not received item as per description posted by seller on ebay.
I already made request to seller as per procedure that seller should provide me product as per description posted by seller on portal.
But seller not accepted my email request. So I raised a claim id 467896 under ebay guarantee on 12.4.14. After that i used resolution center feature of ebay also but till date my raised issue not resolved.
During this process, seller has done so many modifictations in his prodcut description as per my suggestions. I forwarded all matters to insellerverification@ebay.com & also to DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com. But till date no proper resolution has been made regarding the issue.
What should I do? Guide me.

Check with govt. cosumer protection act how they can help you in this case. You can raise grivance online now.
