I am a seller on Ebay.in having a seller id : planet4shoes.
We have tried all our best to provide best service and products to ebay customers, but we are not getting anything in return, the worst being our own money which is around 2 lakh rupees. We were asked to present some documents, which we did, but received no payments, again when contacted, was told to present more documents, have done that too.. again there is a delay. We have spoken to more than a dozen customer service executives who keep us on hold for more than 1/2 hour, but no results, they jus keep transfering call from 1 person to another or just hang the phone on our face. There is nobody to take up responsibilty. No seniors to speak to.
We were in direct contact with 1 of ebay team memeber, he was looking after our page. Now suddenly he has disappeared, and is not even caring to take our calls.
yet another executive we spoke to, again kept postponing thing.
Now we are in toks wit another one lets see wot she has to offer
