order id:2392595, hand shredder machine
i had ordered a hand shredder machine from eshoppers, the order was placed and payment made on 1st december 2004, after long mailers and msge's i received a product on 22nd january 2005, that is after 53 days, now the product received is against the dimensions mentioned and useless to me, the paper inlet size mentioned in item page is 123mm that is 12.3cm and the one received is 60mm that is 6cm, half the the size mentioned, i dont want this product, its useless to me, kindly do the needful and tell the seller to dispatch the correct product or else refund my money back. and its a nice way to hang up a buyer, its been a pathetic experience deailng with this seller and now i get a reply from the seller that since the product advertised was not available is dispatched the one available, which is absolutely useless to me. very high regards
