amount twice debited

i had booked an olympus vr320 camera(rs.5799)on 2nd november,nd made the payment through my father's Syndicate bank debit card.but on 6th november,after checking the account i found out that the amount had been debited twice.i reported the matter to the ebay customer care representative,but still i havent recieved the refund.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Missing payment generally get refunded within 72 hours. Kindly check with your bankers and just in case if it is still not reflecting, feel free to share your bank statement on paisapayroh@ebay.com. We will get this checked with our bank and get this refunded. 🙂

i checked my balance today i.e. 10.11.2012,and still now i haven't recieved my refund.
i am unable to open the link i.e. paisapayroh@ebay.com,so i am unable to share my bank statement.provide me with a proper link.i am fetching the details of the product for which the amount has been debited twice.
