amount deducted but received error saying Sorry, your payment was not successful....whom to contact? i selected chat...it says will take 16 minsutes to chat , i called CC for 10 mins...it said ...agenst are busy...i sent email.....but this is irrittaing

the same thing has happened to me 3 times in last 2 days....f..ckers dont attend the call, nor do they reply to emails. pure waste of time. if it goes on like this, i can see that they are going to be screwed sooner or later

it happened to me too.. but after holding on the line..i did get the chance the talk with and post my complaint..................
so did u get your refum=nd back?????
