Its pathetic to observe that Customer Care is reluctant to provide any reference no for a particular phone call.
Every time some new person picks up and Customer is to repeat whole history again and again.
Surprisingly it varies from person to person.
I had 3 experiences in last 2 days.
Once I got reference no from some Mr Tony 1-2826755400 (After maybe 30 mins of conversation)
Second I had the most weird experience in my life with some Mr Asfaqe. He totally refused to give any reference. Even refused to transfer call to senior person (With lame excuses that they are in meeting and there is no free time for them)
Third was Ms Rajlaxmi from Trust department who told me that she cant give any reference no.
ALL ALONG I WAS JUST TRYING TO REPORT ONE OUT OF EBAY OFFER AND FRAUD OF ONE SELLER.
My query is why are not we provided with reference no while speaking to Customer Care on some particular issue

Another weird session of conversation with some Sunita at Customer Care
Only thing interests Customer Care is to keep BUYERS money as long as possible with Paisa Pay and initiate financial harassment
