my account manager is not in my contact, i continuously try to contact directly or through customer support team,but still not in my contact for last 10-15days
SORRY GUYS U ALL GET ME WRONG BECAUSE OF INCOMPLETE INFORMATION, ACTUALLY I APPLIED FOR EXPRESS REMMITANCE BEFORE TWO MONTHS, AND BEFORE 10-15DAYS WHEN I TALKED WITH MY ACCOUNT MANAGER SHE TOLD ME THAT MY EXPRESS REMMITANCE HAS APPROVED AND MSG OF ACTIVATION WILL COME IN TWO/THREE DAYS, AFTER THIS CHAT SHE HAS NOT IN MY CONTACT AND I TRIED TO CONTACT DIRECTLY OR THROUGH CUSTOMERS SUPPORT TEAM SHE HAS NOT CONTACT ME, SO I DONT KNOW ABOUT PROGRESS OF MY EXPRESS REMMITANCE, AND WHY I M NOT GETTING MSG OF ACTIVATION? SO HOW CAN I CONTACT HER OR WHERE CAN I GO FOR A COMPLAIN ? I DONT KNOW.
