I ordered a samsung smart tv 40" with dealer one year warranty from ebay.in on 26oct14. On 28 i received a call from ebay executive about confirmation of the payment. I told him to cancel my order. He cancelled my order. Till today my paid amount is not refunded to my account. I contacted ebay customer service support many times, everytime a different executive tell me a different story. I also contacted my bank about this transaction. But the told me payment was cleared from our side n credited to ebay. But ebay executives are playing blame game against the bank. Till now i didn't received my money back.it is very harassment for me, also it reflects the attitude of ebay against the customers.
