I would like to rate the ebay customer support service .. i have contacted ebay customer support atleast some five times within this past 20 days s.. but to my fate ..i have received only the acknowledgement of my mail received by ebay ..but no reply and solution for my queries cum complaint accept one reply and that too i had asked again some points replying to that mail ..but no reply ..
And aslso i didnt get the reply for my gift not arrived query ..but again no reply .
I am lossing interest at ebay bcoz of this ..i am ebaying from around 2004 i guess when it was baazee.com ..from then till this jan 2009 ..i didnt find any problem with service ..immediatelt the second night i would have got the reply from u people .
But now its all going i guess ., like they say everygood thing goes to worst .. but this is my small step to still keep ebay better ..whichh offcourse is in ur hand practically .
