Zero Insertion Fees in Coins & Notes and Stamps category

Today is 20th Nov and listings are still being charged in the stamp category. Where is the zero insertion anouncement policy announced for 19th Nov onwards till 30th Nov. :_|

Atleast its great to see they are offering zero fees to your product category. For our products like mobile till date I haven't seen any such offer. It will be great if they do such things for our product category.
